Inked etching plates of copper, zinc and acrylic float over horizontal acrylic and aluminum shapes that reflect our local landscape and describe the people and events from the historical past as well as the present.
About the Artist:
N. Dixon Fish is a native Californian who attended Phoenix College and then Arizona State University where he earned a Master of Fine Arts degree. He has taught studio art, art history, and photography at the high school and college level. Much of his creative time has been spent doing theatre set design and painting for a variety of professional regional theatres. He is a member of the Los Angeles Society of Printmakers and the San Diego & North County Printmakers.
