Capital Campaign

Fallbrook Arts Inc. has embarked on a $5 MILLION, 5-YEAR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN to vitalize Fallbrook and the region with an arts destination that will provide high-quality art experiences and educational programming.

PRIORITIES

  • Pay down Fallbrook Art Center & Fallbrook School of the Arts mortgages until debt is paid off
  • Facilities improvements at the Fallbrook Art Center and Fallbrook School of the Arts designed by Architect Rob Wellington Quigley
  • Create an Arts Corridor on Alvarado Street providing a landscaped, art-filled pedestrian link between the Library, Art Center and Art School, collaborating with community-based organizations to revitalize the central core of Historic Downtown
  • Establish an Endowment to enhance FAI’s capacity to provide the region with high-quality art experiences and educational programming

Money raised for these efforts will be allocated on a prioritized, phased project basis.
