Fallbrook Arts Inc. has embarked on a $5 MILLION, 5-YEAR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN to vitalize Fallbrook and the region with an arts destination that will provide high-quality art experiences and educational programming.

PRIORITIES

Pay down Fallbrook Art Center & Fallbrook School of the Arts mortgages until debt is paid off
Facilities improvements at the Fallbrook Art Center and Fallbrook School of the Arts designed by Architect Rob Wellington Quigley
Create an Arts Corridor on Alvarado Street providing a landscaped, art-filled pedestrian link between the Library, Art Center and Art School, collaborating with community-based organizations to revitalize the central core of Historic Downtown
Establish an Endowment to enhance FAI’s capacity to provide the region with high-quality art experiences and educational programming

Money raised for these efforts will be allocated on a prioritized, phased project basis.
