Fallbrook Arts, Inc. providing unique art experiences. The name is all encompassing it says it all, announced FAI President Marlene Rantanen. FAI, formerly Fallbrook Center for the Arts Group, Inc. has been growing its reach into many new areas and expanding existing projects at a great rate of speed. Their board, with its many new members, felt the need to install a new name that would communicate the organizations full scope of interests and work, simply and easily.
As the community of Fallbrook works to grow its reputation as an art and arts education hub for our region, it is important to offer the public a resource that simply and cleanly communicates the full breadth of arts experiences available in Fallbrook. With its new name installed, the FAI website can now serve that need. The Arts Calendar maintained by Fallbrook Arts, Inc. (www.fallbrookartcalendar.org) is a comprehensive compilation of all arts related activities in Fallbrook, from performing arts, instructional classes, to exhibitions and shows. It is an informative clearinghouse of current information on all things arts related for Fallbrook. The FAI website informs with regularly updated news and information on new public projects as well as current events such as the newly opened store The Find. The Find showcases the exciting work of upcoming and established local and regional artists with jewelry and to blown glass, fabric art and more.
Fallbrook Arts, Inc. will continue to serve as the parent organization for it five divisions each with a distinctive purpose and mission. The Fallbrook Art Center is a unique art venue with a wide variety of exhibitions. Fallbrook School of the arts makes arts education available to every age, skill level and socio-economic group. Brandon Gallery displays a variety of art work created by local and regional artists in a wide variety of differing media. Art in Public Places continues its mission to raise art awareness through education and public art displays, while the Fallbrook Arts Alliance provides opportunities for networking and collaboration among the arts and maintains the burgeoning arts calendar.
Fallbrook Arts, Inc. is now poised to help lead the charge as Fallbrook grows its presence in the local, regional and national world of art. |

Champagne corks popped and tears mingled as Fallbrook Arts, Inc. (FAI) board celebrated the vital contributions of two principal members as they leave the FAI Board. Vince Ross and Colleen Aichle have been visionary in their understanding of what a pivotal role the arts, in its various forms and interpretations, would come to play for Fallbrook.

 Fallbrook's public art collection is made possible through the efforts of donors, sponsors and generous artist who loan their work to the community. The public art collections spans the gamut from murals to life scale bronze statues, to functional art installations such as bridges and fences.
